Hi, I'm Sarah!
I'm a mobile yoga teacher and educator, offering corporate yoga in Brisbane. I currently serve the CBD, New Farm, and South Brisbane.
I work with people of all shapes and sizes, from the most timid beginners to advanced yogis who can handstand with ease, but if you love hot yoga or intense Vinyasa, I might not be the right fit for you. If you want to explore what your body is capable of doing, as it is, I welcome the chance to work with you!
I'm a Level 2 instructor with Yoga Australia and an E-RYT 500 and YACEP through the Yoga Alliance, with over 2,000 hours taught. My roots are in Ashtanga Yoga, and I've completed 500 hours of training in Accessible Hatha Yoga, plus certifications in Functional Yin, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Pranayama, and more. I also offer teacher training through the Yoga Alliance via my US studio, where I provide 200 and 300-hour Teacher Trainings.

Rates
My prices vary by group size and length of class. I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions. The smaller the group, the more individual feedback you'll get.
